When you add team members to your team, they will appear on the "Team Invites" tab of your "Team Members" page until they accept your invitation.
Please note that your licenses are reserved for your team members after you send them an invitation email. Even if a member has not accepted your team invite, your used license count will increase by one.
You have the option to send a reminder email or withdraw the invite after this.
To send a reminder email, click on the three-dot menu on the team member’s email and click on the “Send Reminder email” button. If you want to send reminder emails to multiple team members, select them and click the "Send Reminder Email" button at the top of the table.
To withdraw an invite, follow the same process and select the member(s) you want to withdraw the invite from. If you want to remove the invite to a team member, click on the three-dot menu on the team member’s email and click the "Remove Invite" button to release the license reservation. Your license count will decrease by one once you remove the invite.
